Email [email protected]. In the app, open More, then My Settings, then Support.
Open More, then My Settings, then Update Profile, then Delete My Account. Type DELETE and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. ALIGN Sports removes the login, name, email, phone, avatar, emergency contacts, and the chats that person sent. Photos and files stay with the team until someone with permission deletes them, or the team is deleted. Team payment amounts stay without the contact details. A person who also belongs to another team keeps that other team.
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask us to delete it.

Email [email protected] with the subject "Content report." Include the team, what should be removed, and where to find it. You can also use Support in the app.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice." Include your signature, the work you believe was copied, where it appears in ALIGN Sports, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
We may remove the content and notify the person who posted it. Repeat infringement can end an account.
Team texts are optional. Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not required to use the rest of ALIGN Sports.
